A Established Financial Service with a strong presence in Asia is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Manager.
As a Senior Infrastructure Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing the infrastructure operation within the whole organisation.
- Design, plan, and implement the organization's overall IT infrastructure, strategy
- Management of Infrastructure set-up and technology change. e.g. Microsoft Azure Cloud, servers, storage, network, security, Office 365, End User Computing, and office infrastructure
- Lead infrastructure projects from inception to completion
- Drive continuous improvement, evaluating and implementing new technologies and best practices.
- Ownership of level 1 and 2 support, incident management, project and change management following ITIL and ITSM framework.
-Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the Financial Service industry
-Strong Knowledge of IT infrastructure components- vitalisation platform management, backup & recovery administration, disaster recovery planning, Information security administration, Data Cent er & IT service management, LAN/WAN,VPN, firewall management and network security and AIX, Linux & Windows server administration.
-Strong leadership and communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese), with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
