I am currently working with a client of mine in the financial services industry looking for 2 senior Desk side Engineers to join their growing IT function. This role would operate on a hybrid working model and is based in Dublin City.
My client is a market leader and has a strong presence in Ireland for over 10 years. This opportunity will involve both BAU and project responsibilities with an upcoming large scale Windows Migration.
This role would be ideal for any Engineer who feels they have hit their glass ceiling in the current role and isn't getting enough exposure to the project side of IT. Whether your and experienced Desk side Engineer or an experienced Contract project focused engineer this could be a great chance for you to join a large scale organisation.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in the following areas
> Windows Migration
> Microsoft office 365
> Hardware support of printers and desktops
> Active Directory
> Navigate ticketing systems
> Troubleshoot remote users across multiple functions
> Strong communication skills for dealing with end customers
> Full Drivers license
