Responsibilities
- Develop reports across all business functions (Claims, Underwriting, Actuarial)
- Query databases to analyze data and translate data into meaningful business analytics
- Derive insights and effectively communicate analyses to technical and non-technical internal stakeholders
- Work with complex business/technical processes and tools for multiple products, requiring the use of technical solutions across all business functions
- Develop process and system documentation to ensure repeatability
- Assist in various projects, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing and evolving environment
Skills & Experience
- Undergraduate degree with strong academic performance
- Previous experience with analytics
- Strong knowledge of SQL - Any flavor
- Expert understanding of Microsoft Excel, knowledge of VBA is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Visualization & BI Software
- Insurance industry experience preferred
