This position is for Senior Contract Operations Coordinator in our Manchester office, focusing on Contract recruitment. To support the Contract Operations team and wider business with any compliance or screening queries of Contractors. The Contract Operations teams main aim is to ensure that any risk to Oliver James is mitigated and ensuring we are always working compliantly as a business.

About the role

As Senior Contract Operations Coordinator your responsibilities will be:

Screening documents collated for all Contractors placed at our clients.

Adhering to individual Client screening requirements

Supporting consultants with remote working placements

Guiding all contractors through the compliance process

Delivering Great Customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Support Contract Ops Coordinators with any escalated queries

Working with Managers on process changes and improvements

Quarterly bespoke objectives

Inbox management

Helping to deliver any functional projects

Day to Day BAU + much more

Requirements:

Good attention to detail

Ability to engage with stakeholders internally and externally

Excellent customer service skills

Willingness to learn and take on internal/external training

Able to work alone but also collectively within a team

Self-motivated and determination to build a career

  • 2 Years' experience in compliance
  • Exceptional attention to detail
