A leading P&C insurance carrier is looking to hire a Senior Claims Specialist - Environmental. In this technical role, you will be responsible for handling mid-complex environmental liability and other commercial general liability claims. You will manage claims through all stages of the process including litigation and coverage. To be considered, you must have environmental liability claims experience (2-3 years minimum) along with other casualty claims experience.
Key/Skills Experience Required:
- 3+ years mid-complex environmental liability claims (including bodily injury, spills, pollution etc.)
- Additional experience within commercial general liability and a range of bodily injury types
- Exposure to litigation and coverage investigation including writing own coverage letters/RORs
- Exceptional customer service capability. Excellent relationship management capability
- Bachelors Degree and Adjuster License in multiple states
This role is on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office per week) from NYC, NJ, PA or CT, with an excellent base salary of $114,000- $118,000 + 10-15% annual bonus.
