I am working with a reputable and growing P&C organization that is looking to add to their growing Management Liability team.
This position is a senior level role where you will handle around 50-60% transactional liability claims (reps & warranties) and about 40-50% Public D&O and Financial Institutions Claims.
To qualify for this role you must:
- Have strong experience handling public D&O OR Financial Institutions Claims
- Have had some exposure/experience handling reps & warranties claims
- Preferably have a JD
- Be located in NJ, ATL or Chicago
- Be able to commit to a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
