Oliver James is working with a leading P&C insurance carrier seeking to hire a Senior Claims Adjuster within its US Casualty Claims Unit. In this role, you will be responsible for investigating and managing high-profile, complex casualty claims, including product liability, bodily injury, and commercial general liability (CGL) claims. You will be tasked with evaluating long-tail bodily injury and property damage exposures, NYLL, class action and public nuisance litigation, and infectious disease claims. This is a highly technical role requiring expert analysis of liability, coverage, and litigation strategy, while working closely with internal teams and external legal counsel.
Key Skills/Experience Required:
5-7+ years of experience handling complex Primary and Excess Casualty Claims, including product liability and bodily injury claims.
Proven expertise in coverage analysis and litigation management for high-value claims, including class action and public nuisance litigation.
- Adjusters License in multiple states
This role is based 3 days in the office in Jersey City, NJ or Rocky Hill, CT with a competitive salary of up to $122,000 plus a 15% annual bonus.
