Our client has enlisted our services to recruit a Senior Change Professional who will oversee a long-term (2-5 years) change and transformation initiative across multiple business units. The primary objective of this initiative is to streamline internal processes and align them, while also developing new systems, tools, and processes to facilitate the client's growth. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a proven track record of effectively managing change within a complex corporate sales and marketing environment.
