My client, a speciality insurance firm, are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their Chief Information Office on a long-term contractual opportunity to help transform their Speciality lines. Successful Business Analysts will have demonstrable:
- Product implementation experience (any policy admin) targeting speciality lines such as Professional lines
- 6 or more years of US P&C experience
- Forms
- Able to understand basic forms concepts
- Static/Dynamic
- Admitted/Dynamic
- Attachment rules
- Form template
- Able to create robust documentation
- Forms inventory
- Merge/Field mapping
- Needs to have fair understanding of Policy admin transactions
- Ability to test forms output against provided templates
- Formatting
- Field mapping
- Field, Workflow & business rules
- Page Workflow concepts
- Policy-life cycle concepts
- Business rules (referral, decline, hardstop, softstop) concepts
- Needs to have fair understanding of Policy admin transactions
- Ability to create & present/review wireframe with business users
- Ability to create documentation

- Good knowledge & hands on experience of XML/XSD with ability to understand and mock-up new XML design
- Ability to develop integration mapping specification

- Ability to create rating specs using filed rating manuals Or using available excel rater
