Key duties:
- Work closely with the operations and dev teams to gather requirements for system and/or process enhancements
- Engage with stakeholders to produce comprehensive and complete business requirements
- Interact with Senior Management, business units (near and far shore), developers and IT, along with partners and vendors throughout the project lifecycles
- To coordinate testing requirements for technological changes, including managing business user groups and providing direction on test plans and strategies and ensuring development and test best practices are followed in accordance with company SDLC.
- Produce relevant documentation for system and/or process enhancements
- Ensure training requirements for system changes are met where necessary
- Oversee tactically significant operational changes to ensure proposed operational models are as efficient and risk free as possible
- Investigate, exploit and achieve maximum operational utilisation from all suitable functionality within the core vendor supplied operational systems
- Review, recommend and improve business processes on an ongoing basis
