We are looking for a talented business analyst to join our client's IT team to handle life insurance system projects. This role is based in Hong Kong and requires Cantonese speaker.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business and technical requirements through workshops, interviews and documentation
- Deploy and configure life core systems, assist with data migration and cut-over activities
- Train end users, document workflows and provide post-implementation support
- Continuously enhance existing systems based on changing requirements
- Coordinate and manage UAT with users, and maintain related
documentation and training for users - Collaborate with the project team to scope, cost estimation, and plan the project of life systems
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, design and implementation
- With life insurance working experience
- Proficient in Cantonese/ Mandarin
- Database skills like SQL, database modeling
