We're looking for a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst to join an Industry leading Consultancy that are currently going through a period of growth due to continued success!

Currently going through a solutions transformation within their ServiceNow platform, it is an exciting time to join this business and be an integral part of the latest chapter in their ServiceNow platform journey.
You'll be joining at a critical part of this journey, with particular focus on leading the requirement gathering practices to best utilise and enhance customer service management operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use your ServiceNow knowledge to lead a team of Business Analysts to suit the organisations complex needs
- Work alongside the project manager at a strategic level to liaise with stakeholders and design CSM solutions.
- A role that is beyond just manipulating stories, but actually, locating necessities within the existing ServiceNow platform to tailor improvements.
- Ensure that there is a homogenous and consistent process in place for your team to follow
- ServiceNow modules : ITSM & CSM
- Continuously look for areas of enhancement around the platform, cultivating your team as you go.

Based in Central London this a hybrid role so you must be a commutable distance, a couple of times a week.
