Job description
You will work within the business change team. This relatively new team is responsible for initiating, (preparing for), prioritizing, supervising, approving and (together with the business managers) implementing all business and IT changes.
Together with the product owner and other business analysts, you ensure that the customer experience, our business processes and technology are continuously improved. You do this by proactively spotting bottlenecks and developing improvement proposals into user stories that meet the definition of ready. You are the bridge between business and development and you draw up the requirements together with the architect, to ensure the translation of user needs into product requirements. You investigate the question behind the question and map out possible solutions. If this leads to a major change or a procurement process for new technology; You advise and guide the organization in the selection, design and implementation. You are quickly operational and you have a specialist profile.

Job requirements
You have at least a HBO diploma;
You have 5-10 years of work experience as a Business Consultant, Process Consultant, Business Analyst or Information Analyst;
You have solid knowledge of banking processes, & legislation and regulations within the financial services;
Do you have hands-on experience with requirements analysis, policy changes, process optimization, process automation and digitization;
Do you have hands-on experience with agile software development. Agile certifications (PSM / PSPO) are an advantage;
Are you familiar with mortgage processes and digitization within the financial sector (digital acceptance, external sources);
You master the Dutch and English language in word and writing.
