We've partnered with a very exciting company that is dedicated to revolutionising corporate training through an innovative learning platform, which consolidates all tools for effective training initiatives. They are now looking for a skilled Backend Software Developer to join our team. In this role, you will leverage the latest tools and frameworks to contribute to the development of our platform on modern software architecture, engaging in a stimulating challenge with the potential to make significant contributions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with our software development team to drive the ongoing advancement of their product and technologies.
  • Implementing cutting-edge solutions using PHP / Symfony.
  • Upholding high standards of software quality throughout the development process.
  • Actively participating in the evolution of the company's product, contributing your insights and expertise.
  • Providing technical support and sharing knowledge within the team to facilitate problem-solving.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience as a PHP software developer, with a focus on complex, multi-layered applications.
  • Proficiency in Symfony, Doctrine DBAL, Domain Driven Design, and Clean Code principles.
  • A degree in computer science, preferably with a specialization in application development.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
  • Strong organizational abilities, with a proactive and goal-oriented approach to work.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for teamwork.
