Experience sought:
- ePrivacy, advice focused work on GDPR and associated laws covered by ePrivacy
- AdTech, marketing privacy exposure
- Experience working on GDPR projects within new ventures, start-ups and large organisations
- Experience with data protection impact assessments, advising on sensitive data issues,dealing with individual's rights such as access to data and data incident response and breach management.
- Subject access request work, DPIA's
- Data protection compliance issues
- Qualified Solicitor
