- Extensive experience as a Scrum Master.
- Experience of the insurance industry, exposure to and knowledge of re-insurance will be advantageous.
Scrum Master - Re-insurance
- A leading insurance organisation requires a Scrum Master on a contract basis as part of a project focused on the development and building of a bespoke outwards reinsurance system.
- This system will consume inwards data to provide an accurate financial picture with regards to ensuring there is a balance between re-insurance bought and business that is written.
- The Scrum Master will work within a team which encompasses, Delivery Leads, BA's, Product owners as well as an offshore based specialist delivery partner.
Scrum Mater - Re-insurance - Essential Experience Required:
- Experience as a Scrum Master within insurance, any exposure to / knowledge of reinsurance will be highly advantageous.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across technical and non technical stakeholders of varying seniority.
- Certified Scrum Master qualifications.
- Strong knowledge and experience of Jira.
- An ability to demonstrate experience of taking a flexible working approach to achieve desired goals.
