Oliver James have partnered with a leading Enterprise Client who are currently engaging in a significant digital transformation and are seeking a Scrum Master to join their team on an initial 12 month day-rate contract.
The ideal candidate must have experience with SAP ERP and will have hands on exposure and experience with agile practices and processes and using Azure DevOps and Agile Project Management methodologies to structure a product backlog, work intake and alignment process, and governance over delivery and release management
The successful candidate will have knowledge of Scrum framework and be involved in the following:
- Manage each project's scope and time line, risk and issues, help identify and map dependencies
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks
About the role:
- 12 month daily rate contract
- Competitive daily rate on offer (DOE)
- Cork based - must be able and willing to commit to 2-3x days on site per week.
