SAP Sub-Ledger Lead will own responsibility for delivery required to:
- Lead Sub-Ledger team in the design, development and implementation of the selected ERP configuration
- Conduct vendor selection and onboarding, and work with the selected vendor to implement a robust SAP Sub-Ledger solution
- Document and design SAP Sub-Ledger data mapping tool
- Lead the development of the accounting rules engine and the Sub-Ledger disclosures and analytics
Design
- Provide overall leadership to Sub-Ledger related project activities
- Provide SAP Sub-Ledger & actuarial expertise & support during project implementation
Vendor Management
- Partner with MNC's selected implementation partner(s) driving them to high quality and timely delivery of their responsibilities
Project Management
- Develop detailed work and resource plans, mobilizing and onboarding resource as required
- Ensure delivery of the data plan to agreed timescales or provide clear, supportable justifications for exceptions
- Clearly document work stream scope and ensure traceability of this through all stages of delivery
- Support Stakeholders with all work stream information needs on both a formal and ad-hoc basis.
- Ensure key clients and stakeholders of the future state solution are engaged, participate in delivery, and have their needs met upon project completion
- Provide progress tracking and all necessary reporting to Stakeholders / Program Management Office
- Manage all work stream issues and risks
- Manage inter work stream conflicts, dependencies and external constraints including escalation and closure
- Ensure work stream documentation is managed and maintained using PMO provided tools
