Duties And Responsibilities
- Act as the agile product owner across three products (Salesforce, AWS & Snowflake)
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes then develop, align, and accelerate a product roadmap
- Write clearly defined user stories to communicate requirements to the development team
- Prioritize the backlog, clearly express the backlog items, order the items to best achieve goals, and optimize the value of the work the team performs
- Participate in the full software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Take ownership of the teams agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Provide active/timely communication on deployments, deadlines, and delays
- Work hand in hand with the development teams
- Understand and balance the need for new development with the need for tech debt remediation.
- Keep up-to-date with product releases, new features, and best practices in order to provide guidance and recommendations to the development team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience as Product Owner
- Experience Salesforce, AWS, Snowflake
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA / Confluence
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to function well in an evolving environment with competing priorities.
- Ability to prioritize across multiple dimensions (business, technical, security, etc.)
- Strong communication skills, ability to translate between technical and business
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with other members of the development team
