We are currently looking for a Salesforce Functional Consultant to join an exciting Salesforce Partner on their journey of growth. This partner are going from strength to strength and working with a number of big name clients on a range of different projects covering multiple industries. This partner's company culture is really important to them and this comes into account when looking at the type of individuals they are bringing in to the business.
Salesforce Functional Consultant - Responsibilities :
- Facilitate business process discovery workshops, capture, write up and be able to articulate customer requirements.
- Act as an extension of our customers' team to identify opportunities for process optimisation, redesign, or new processes to reduce cost, improve customer satisfaction or increase revenue.
- Prepare customer facing presentations including scope, high level solution design and proposal estimates that align with our customer's strategy, objectives, timelines and budget.
- Leverage Salesforce best practices and 'outside the box' thinking to design and configure innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations.
- Create and manage a backlog of well-formed user stories and deliver with our technical teams; track and ensure projects are on time, in scope and within cost.
- Engage, align, support and train various stakeholder groups from exec to business users throughout the project lifecycle - scoping, development, testing, deployment, go live, aftercare.
- Foster and maintain key relationships with partners and peers to foster transparency and alignment.
Salesforce Functional Consultant- Requirements:
- 2 + years of project delivery experience or Salesforce functional consultancy and/or business analysis experience covering one or more of the core Salesforce clouds, Sales, Service or Marketing clouds
- ADM 201, Platform App Builder and a Salesforce Consultant certification or other Salesforce Certifications that may be relevant.
