Salesforce Enterprise Architect

Contract Type: Permanent

Greenfield Programme to Implement Salesforce

We have a unique opportunity for an Enterprise Architect to develop one of the largest technology strategy and roadmap for a Global Consultancy moving from Dynamics to Salesforce. Once the strategy is established, the successful EA will translate this into a robust roadmap to support the Firm's investment and transformation portfolio. In turn this will promote a seamless, end-to-end 360o view of the customer and employee experience by enabling the efficient creation and modification of effective and reusable technology components. This is a strategic role where the individual, in addition to Salesforce background, will require stakeholder management skills and be comfortable communicating to business and technical teams, when articulating the future architecture.

The successful Enterprise Architect will:

  • Map out the roadmap and transition to Salesforce
  • Support Sales & Marketing business strategy
  • Create an operating model that satisfies the demands of the business for design, development, testing and release of new technologies
  • Maintain the reference architectures and a catalogue that supports the reuse of new technology components, whilst targeting legacy applications and technology for decommissioning.
  • Demonstrable stakeholder management experience across a range of business and IT users

Desirable:

  • Good knowledge of other Sales & Marketing applications, e.g., Introhive, DocuSign, MS Dynamics
  • Understanding of Force.Com, Apex Classes, Visual Force, Batch Apex, Triggers, LightningWeb and Aura Components, SOQL, and Web Services
  • Experience of leading offshore teams
  • Practical understanding of GDPR and ISO 27001
  • Qualified in ITIL and TOGAF

This role can be based anywhere in the UK. The role is mainly remote and would require some travel to one of the main offices which are London, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham. The business has successfully moved to remote working after covid but will require travel into an office for workshops therefore candidates must be able to when needed to meet on site.
