Salesforce - Business Analyst

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet the business needs of our client in the Banking industry. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes.
• Designing scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions according to industry best practices.
• Configuring and customizing Salesforce objects, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Performing data analysis and data migration tasks.
• Providing user training and support during Salesforce implementations and post-implementation.
• Ensuring system integrity and security by conducting regular audits and implementing necessary measures.
• Collaborating with Salesforce developers and administrators to enhance system functionality and optimize performance.
• Keeping up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new technologies to provide recommendations for process improvements.

Key Skills

• Strong experience in Salesforce application support.
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
• Familiarity with Salesforce data model and data migration processes.
• Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Five (5) or more years of relevant commercial or consumer lending, commercial or consumer credit or commercial or consumer operations exposure preferred
• Minimum two (2) to five (5) years of previous experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Analytical and project management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
• Good technical background or strong desire to learn technical skills with a focus on declarative configurations, not code.
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
