Job Summary:
As a Salesforce Architect you will play a strategic role in shaping our Salesforce ecosystem. You will be responsible for providing both technical and functional leadership, driving the design and implementation of robust Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and architecture of complex Salesforce solutions, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Effectively communicate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design end-to-end Salesforce solutions, considering industry best practices.

Oversee and contribute to the quality assurance process, ensuring Salesforce solutions meet business requirements and scalability needs.

Preferred Skills:
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Salesforce Architect, demonstrating a strong background in both technical and functional aspects of Salesforce.
Salesforce Architect certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
Experience in designing and implementing scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
Familiarity with Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II.
Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Einstein Analytics.
