We are looking for an Operations Assistant / Administrator to join the Sales team of a reputable and industry leading organisation based in Manchester!
This SaaS company's solutions are fully cloud-based and highly configurable, their solutions integrate machine learning artificial intelligence with complex web front-ends! Supporting hundreds of thousands of interactions each week!
You'd be joining their Pre-Sales team as their Sales Ops Assistant, responsible for assisting with & streamlining their sales processes & systems. Ensuring the smooth execution of the SaaS sales initiative
Working closely with pre-sales, Marketing, Finance, Sales to enhance sales, drive productivity and revenue growth!

Core Responsibilities:
- To analyse & assess the current sales process to identify areas for improvement, developing & implementing streamlined standardises processes
- Oversee the administration & configuration of their CRM system, ensuring data accuracy & integrity
- To develop & generate regular sales reports & dashboards to enable to sales team to track performance and identify trends
- Provide valuable insights to support decision making
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop sales driven materials, assisting in the creation & delivery of training programmes
We are just looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual who is looking to kick start their career within this space. Maybe you're a recent graduate, currently working in an administrative role or have exposure to the tech industry?
This is a dedicated team & people centric culture so they will give you the tools & training to succeed in this role! As long as you have exposure to either SaaS, technology, administration or housing - then they will teach you the rest!
Based in Manchester you must be a commutable distance from their offices for a hybrid home / office working pattern.
