An international life insurance business is currently expanding their team and looking to hire an additional Risk Management Manager in their local office here in Hong Kong
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Regular review of risk management processes such as Risk and Control Assessment and Key Risk Indicators
- Oversee Operational Risk Incident Management, Insurance Product Due Diligence on Operational risk, Business Continuity Planning and Outsourcing Management
- Support on the production of the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) Report
- Embed a healthy and sustainable Risk Culture within the organisation together with businesses
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years experience within Insurance/ FS Sector
- Insurance experience is highly advantageous
- Big 4 candidates would also be considered
- Good level understand of Life Insurance Operations
- Less experience applicants might be considered as Assistant Manager
