Oliver James is working with a major reinsurer who requires an experienced programmer to join their modelling team.
This is a day rate contract, you must be a UK tax resident and based in the UK to apply.
Start: ASAP, October
Duration: 3 month initial contract - extension available
Rate: Dependent on experience
Location: Home working contract
Role: Developing R models for quarterly reserving processes.
Requirements:
- Qualified or experienced GI Actuary
- Strong R or programming skills. Ideally you will be able to build models from scratch
- Experience in cashflow modelling
