Are you up for the challenge? As our Regional IT Support, you'll contribute to our mission of bringing meaningful moments to people in connected public spaces. Your role involves implementing Group IT strategy, supporting operational IT matters, and ensuring reliable IT services for our western European entities.
🚀 Your Key Responsibilities:
- Centralize IT incidents and requests using our group IT helpdesk tool.
- Prioritize and handle support tickets effectively.
- Keep users informed on incident resolution times and priorities.
- Escalate and follow up on escalated tickets.
- Ensure the closure of incidents and requests.
✨ Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in English, Dutch and/or French.
- Proficient in MS Windows and Office 365.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Dynamics 365 is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving and service-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and administrative rigor.
