My client - a huge Regional Conglomerate - is currently looking for a strong ERP Business Analyst, who will help its regional subsidiaries to complete their system transformation.
Job Description
- Define project goals, roles, tasks, milestones, budgets, and measures of success
- Develop estimates and plans to manage the end-to-end project execution
- Ensure business requirements are accurately captured and completed
- Act as the link between assigned project resources and key stakeholders
- Ensure an effective business super user network is in place locally and globally
- Track project status and manage project issues and risks
- Monitor projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress/quality, managing issues
- Develop robust project risk management plans to ensure timely delivery
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in managing complex enterprise level projects
- Proficient in implementing and working with large ERP systems, such as Oracle, SAP, D365.
- Certified PMP or Agile Scrum Master certifications highly regarded
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Familiar with managing external vendors and able to communicate with users across all levels
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
