Your tasks
You lead a project stream within the program and take responsibility for the successful migration of our proprietary customer and contract management into new target applications
You lead this technically demanding project while adhering to costs, time and quality and accompany it from the definition of requirements and integration to testing, data migration and go-live
In close exchange with specialist representatives, business analysts and IT experts, you will develop the optimal solution for our customers and employees
After successfully completing the project, you will continue to develop the new target applications in follow-up projects. You will work closely with representatives and IT specialists and, as part of business analyses, collect input for the further development of our application landscape
You bring that with you
Several years of professional experience in the management and implementation of ERP or CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
Process understanding and the ability to derive requirements for business applications from processes
Ideally, training and further education in business informatics at the level of a university of applied sciences or equivalent training
Sound project management experience in complex IT migration projects (further training, certification in project management is an advantage)
Focus, imagination, solution orientation, communication, networked way of thinking and experience in agile working methods
Very good knowledge of German and English
