Project Manager - London Market Insurance | Permanent | Hybrid (London)
Are you an experienced Project Manager with deep Lloyd's market expertise looking for your next permanent role in a global insurance environment?
We are partnering with a leading (and confidential) insurer to hire a permanent Project Manager into their UK Change & Transformation function. This is a business-facing PM role focused on delivering change initiatives across pricing, underwriting, and data projects-not IT or regulatory compliance.
You'll be joining a collaborative, high-performing team in a key role, driving forward business-critical transformation at the heart of the London insurance market.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in the Lloyd's of London insurance or wide London Market Insurer - essential.
- Strong, hands-on project management background - able to lead end-to-end delivery across business initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills - confident working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments - you may be expected to lead Scrum ceremonies.
Desirable Experience:
- Experience in consulting (as part of your career) is a plus - but must be combined with hands-on delivery experience in an insurer.
- Exposure to projects involving underwriting workbench tools, pricing systems, or data cleansing.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading cross-functional business project teams from initiation through to delivery.
- Managing scope, timelines, and resources to deliver strategic goals.
- Driving engagement and collaboration across stakeholders.
- Running Agile ceremonies and embedding delivery best practices.
