For one of the most fast-growing, dynamic and challenging Multinational Company, operating in FMCG industry, we are looking for a:

PRODUCT OWNER - CRM & eCOMMERCE

Accountabilities:

  • Oversee the regional enhancement backlog for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and ecommerce platforms
  • Work closely with our End Markets and global teams to prioritise the European product roadmaps in line with our strategic and commercial goals
  • Keep relevant stakeholders informed of developments in line with the company's objectives
  • Act as a point of escalation for Market stakeholder queries
  • Socialise the team's product backlog and roadmap to ensure transparency for End Markets
  • Manage a Business Analyst, ensuring they deliver effective solution support
  • For selected projects, lead the end-to-end request management - including translating business strategy into product strategy, gathering requirements, raising tickets in Azure DevOps and monitoring delivery
  • Lead the ways of working optimisation initiative, streamlining current processes
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and offer them trusted advice about how they can use our systems to achieve their goals
  • Provide leadership, support, & expertise to direct reports and junior colleagues, helping them to develop their careers and provide them with learning opportunities
  • Contribute to the inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution

Key Requirements:

  • 4+ years as a Product Owner
  • Strong English language skills
  • The ability to elicit requirements from stakeholders and communicate them to delivery teams using recognised tools and techniques
  • Experience with DevOps development practices, writing user stories, managing backlog, sprints and testing
  • Experience developing and presenting product roadmaps
  • High analytical acumen along with strong business sense that guides ROI based prioritisation
  • Passionate about SFMC and eCommerce products/features
  • Proven ability to manage multiple product initiatives concurrently while maintaining a high tendency for on-time delivery
  • An ability to work as part of a team, managing multiple stakeholders at the same time
