We're seeking a product owner with experience in working on agency/ distribution/ sales portal and platform. The candidate must have an insurance background and with business analyst experience.
This role is based in Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the transformation of the agency portal by gathering and analyzing business needs
* Transform business requirements into technical specifications and user stories for development teams
* Partner with product and engineering leaders to ensure technology solutions meet business goals
* Leverage expertise in distribution, sales tools, and agent activity/lead tracking to advance business objectives
* Develop dashboards and metrics to measure agent performance against key targets
* Champion communication between business partners and development teams
* Actively engage in Agile processes and collaborate across teams to deliver business value
Requirements:
* +5 years of BA and product owner experience, must be from insurance company
* Must have a product owner / business owner background
* Experience in working on agency/ distribution/ sales portal and platform
