Product Manager
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join a financial services business that is currently expanding their team!
The organisation is constantly finding new ways to develop its products and services. As a Product manager you will have the responsibility and ownership over one of the organisations core product functions. This is an autonomous opportunity for you to own and be responsible for the full product life cycle, planning and delivering technology & business change throughout the product life cycle.
You'll be looking at the product propositions and portfolio for both existing and new products!
This is a vital role that's critical to the shaping of several pivotal products, identifying new opportunities for change and continuous improvements!
Skills & Experience:
- Proven Product Management or Owner background
- Experience working on and owning Financial Services focused products (Savings, Pensions, Payments, Investment etc)
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, Agile environment
- You have demonstrated experience working on multiple products within a large complex product stream
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A good understanding of the full end-to-end Product Manager responsibilities and the Agile Framework
- A strong understanding of digital capabilities and how digital solutions improve customer / user experience.
- Strong communication skills, building relationships with stakeholders (internal / external) as well as the wider business

This is a hybrid model; you must be willing to commute to their Basingstoke office.
