I am currently recruiting for a Product Manager to join a leading Irish company based here in Dublin on an initial 12 month contract.
My client is going through a significant transformation period within their contact centre and are looking to expand, re-shape and develop new initiatives to put a further emphasis on the overall customer experience with the implementation of Amazon connect.
The ideal candidate:
- Amazon connect experience/ or similar cloud contact centre solution software.
- Previous product management/product owner experience in a b2c enviornment.
- Successful delivery and development of the product vision, strategy and road map.
- Contact centre experience (desirable).
