An tier 1 insurance company is actively expanding their team under Technology, Digital, and Analytics. This team is a young and collaborative team with excellent performance and high portfolio. Currently, they are looking for a strong PMO Manager with hands-on experience in Budgeting, Control, Financial Planning, Vendor Management, and team Leading.
This role will start as a hands-on PMO and potentially progress to a leadership role, depending on the candidate's capabilities. As a PMO Manager, you will need to understand the overall insurance industry, how to manage large portfolio, and to ensure a healthy budgeting. You will work closely with Senior Stakeholders to ensure minimisation of the gap and ensure programme delivery within the budget.
Requirements:
- Experienced PMO (min 5 years)
- Strong Insurance Industry knowledge
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
- Highly motivated, and can work under pressure
- Cantonese speaker
This role is a contract role, initial contract of 1 year, highly extendable and can be converted to permanent.
