We are working with a Top Tier Financial Firm, and we are hiring for a large transformation programme which involves technology, digital & analytics, and for that, we are looking for a PMO Analyst.

Job Description:

  • Collaborate closely with IT teams, stakeholders, and senior management to identify project requirements, objectives, and deliverables related to resource planning and portfolio management.
  • Provide guidance and support to project managers and teams to optimize resource allocation and ensure successful project execution within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and assessments to identify risks, issues, and areas for improvement in resource planning and portfolio management.
  • Develop performance metrics and reporting mechanisms to monitor resource utilization, project progress, and portfolio performance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing industry-standard resource planning and portfolio management practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in resource planning, portfolio management, and project management methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in project management methodologies, particularly Agile.
  • Proven track record of successfully establishing and managing PMOs, implementing resource planning and portfolio management strategies.
  • Excellent knowledge of project management principles, tools, and techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and ability to provide practical solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work within established timelines.
  • Highly desirable to have relevant certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications.
  • Business mindset and excellent presentation and communication skills in English are required.
