Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of BPA Transitions with the successful onboarding of Bulk Purchase Annuity business to pricing and administration platform.
- Liaise with key stakeholders during the implementation cycle to understand requirements, data, processes and systems, and to make recommendations.
- Perform analysis of defined benefit datasets and report on accuracy, integrity and completeness of data from both pricing and administration perspectives.
- Configure data parameters and perform transformation of data received from ceding pension scheme administrators.
- Load data and complete control totals for audit purposes and upload to in-house platform in preparation for administration.
- Monitor the quality of data and when errors are identified, take steps to rectify and prevent/minimise error repetition.
- Analyse, resolve and fix incidents and defects within agreed turnaround times, liaising with colleagues and third-party suppliers as necessary
Core Competencies:
* Knowledge of defined benefits pension schemes, including data and benefit specifications.
* Experience of large pensions data migrations.
* Strong data analytical skills.
* Advanced MS Excel skills.
