Pension Case Manager
Delighted to have partnered with one of Ireland's leading insurance firms. My client are widely known for their outstanding customer service and they want to add to that team. They are seeking a motivated and skilled Pension Case Manager.
It's important to note that this role is newly created due to business growth.
What you can expect:
- Develop broker relationships by providing excellent service.
- Provide administrative support for and on behalf of the Sales Team.
- Frequent use of problem solving skills.
- Hybrid Working.
- QFA Qualified or working towards it. APA at a minimum.
- Experience in processing and handling queries on pension products.
- Ability to meet deadlines/ SLAs and manage priorities.
- Excellent communication and administration skills
