Oliver James has partnered with a new Fund Administrator in the Irish market with an excellent global presence to appoint their PCF12 & 14 to the organisation.
This strategic hire will be responsible for carving out and embedding an excellent risk and compliance culture within the organisation. You will be responsible for regulatory compliance with an aim of ensuring the organisation meets its regulatory obligations and sets out a best in industry standard.
The successful candidate can expect a varied, challenging and rewarding remit such as but not limited to the following;
- Designing and implementing and adapting group frameworks, policies and procedures into localised polices, frameworks and procedures.
- Ad hearing to best in practice compliance monitoring across all areas within regulatory obligation such as AML, Market Abuse, Data Protection and F&P.
- Oversee the organisations ERM frameworks within the business.
- Implementing risk & compliance training within the local business
- Act as MLRO ensuring a robust AML monitoring programme for the business.
This position would suit a PCF 12 and/or 14 or PCF39 candidate with a minimum of 9 years Fund/Asset Management industry knoweldge who is keen to put their own stamp on a Risk & Compliance function.
