Finance Ops Team
A fantastic opportunity within a multinational Real Estate Investment Trust based here in the Dublin market.
This new position will join the EMEA Finance Ops team and will be a key part of the team. This role will be supporting the management of a portfolio of legal entities and ledgers across Europe. There is scope for growth from Part Qualified to Qualified Accountant already in the plan for this position.

Some Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reporting for the group under US GAAP, IFRS and local GAAP.
- Assisting with the financial integration of acquired new business.
- Assisting with the group audit process.
- Assisting with the IFRS Financial Statement audit.
- The preparation of bank reconciliations for various legal entities.
Some Key Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Part Qualified/ Finalist is a preference but not essential.
- Experience and Knowledge of US GAAP, Irish GAAP is preferred but not essential.
- Strong knowledge of systems and strong Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ambitious and driven.
