You will be involved in a wide range of matters across your desk, including drafting and prosecution of UK and EU patent applications for a wide client base from small start up and SMEs, to large multinational organisations. You will be given a high amount of direct client work including IP strategic advice, as well as extensive exposure to oppositions before the EPO and other contentious matters.
