We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced OT Cybersecurity Lead Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cybersecurity of our Operational Technology (OT) systems, ensuring that they are secure and protected from cyber threats. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, specifically in OT environments, and will have experience working with a variety of cybersecurity tools and technologies.
With a direct report to the CISO group , your Key Responsibilities will be:
- Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies for our OT systems.
- Identify and assess potential cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities to our OT systems.
- Work with other members of the IT and OT teams to ensure that OT systems are integrated securely into the broader IT infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies and procedures for our OT systems.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of our OT systems to ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and regulations.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on the state of our OT cybersecurity posture.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial cybersecurity, with a focus on OT environments.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity tools and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and SIEM tools.
- Experience with industrial control systems (ICS) and SCADA systems.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, such as NIST, ISA, or IEC 62443.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
