Responsibilities:
- Create but mostly maintain and monitor Data Governance policies, processes and tools
- Assist in database design to support business applications - ensuring system scalability, security, performance and reliability
- Ensure Production database performance as per internal agreed SLA - performance monitoring, proactive database sizing projection and application tuning
- Setup and maintain development database environment
- Prepare database coding standards, best practices and guidelines for development teams
- Provide support to development teams on schema setup, PL/SQL and data loading etc
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Studies / Information Technology or related disciplines
- 5-8 years relevant working experience working with SQL & PL/SQL
- Strong indatabase performance tuning
- Oracle DBA know-how/experience
- Knowledge of Oracle Golden Gate, Oracle SQL Developer, OEM, GIT, Data Warehouse methodologies, Partitioning would be an advantage
