For leading Multinational company, we are looking for an:

Operating Efficiency Manager - Finance Transformation

Job Purpose & Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly engage and consult with senior Leaders and operational Teams to identify opportunities to drive efficiency and performance improvement
  • Gather and analyse a wide range of data to ensure an objective assessment is made around initiatives to progress - including the commercial implications of change options being considered
  • Develop compelling business cases and proposals to inform decision making - signposting the phasing and potential of benefits to be realised
  • Lead the scoping of approved initiatives - ensuring all CAPEX requirements are gathered before delivery teams embark on change (ie. Mobilisation costs, tech investment costs, resourcing costs etc)
  • Structure and present clear and concise arguments to articulate progress with approved initiatives
  • Challenge teams to consider alternative approaches to tried and tested business methods - to build a culture of innovation and continuing improvement
  • Track and manage the value of change effected using robust benefits realisation methods
  • Partner with Data Analytics & Insights teams to ensure all recommendations put forward to stakeholders are accurate and validated
  • Build strong relationships with the management team for their business area, delivering analysis, reporting, insight and financial guidance.

Candidate Specification:

  • Solid commercial awareness and operational change experience
  • Demonstrable experience in Business Analysis - strong analytical and problem solving
  • Ability to see the bigger picture and how recommended changes will enable realisation of strategic priorities and business goals
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working collaboratively across cross disciplined teams
  • Strong design aesthetic and presentation skills
  • Ability to work at pace in a high-performing team environment
  • A consultancy background or similar role in other complex company
  • Proven problem solving and analysis skills in an Agile delivery environment
