This role is responsible for working with different stakeholders, different vendors, different business partners to ensure business requirements are fully captured, documented, and incorporated in the final system design and/or workflows.

Summary of role responsibilities:

To provide business analysis supports on all projects under B2B2C Department. This role is responsible for working with different stakeholders, different vendors, different business partners to ensure business requirements are fully captured, documented, and incorporated in the final system design and/or workflows. Co-ordinate among different parties to ensure all concerns are addressed, and the best solution is agreed. Perform change management activities to ensure the success of new system and/or workflow implementation. The person will also play an important role in the development of management information/ data tracking report which is critical to the post implementation evaluation.

  • Business requirement collections
  • System functional specifications
  • Full planning, preparation of test cases and execution of user requirement testing
  • Prepare process flow and/or procedure manuals for to-be operation process
  • Post implementation tracking
  • Balance opinions between different parties
  • Agree the best solution and execute within timeframe
  • Ensure quality outputs are delivered according to project timelines
  • Conduct workshops to understand business concerns and manage user expectations
  • Conduct trainings and change management activities to ensure the new system and/or workflow is supported by business users
