DE&I HR Manager - a Tier 1 Bank

The candidate will have a core focus on how we support candidates with varying abilities throughout the recruitment journey.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with the client and account team on DE&I initiatives that help promote the as an inclusive employer across all DE&I strands
  • Provide support and guidance to candidates who may require reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment process
  • Work closely with our hiring community across the bank to help educate around our DE&I principles
  • Alongside our Sourcing and Marketing teams, develop pro-active attraction strategies that promote HSBC as an employer of choice for candidates regardless of their gender, ethnicity, disability, religion, sexual orientation, age or any other protected characteristic
  • Identify and build relationships with partner charities and NGOs and share relevant insights

Requirements

  • Experience in pro-active sourcing and developing attraction campaigns
  • Recruitment experience in either an in-house, RPO or Agency setting is highly preferable but not a must
  • Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrable experience in developing DE&I initiatives
  • Strong writing and communication techniques in English/ Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Role­-modelling teamwork, collaboration. Identify and resolve issues on a timely manner.
  • Service oriented and customer centric.
  • Operational excellence - continually look for improvement and take ownership for responsibilities assigned.
