THE JOB

Client Services Officer/Specialist (Top Insurance firm)

Highlight:

Working hours- A Five-day work week with work from home allowed

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct and answer customer inbound / outbound service calls
  • Make recommendations for service improvements
  • Handle clients' investigations and complaints
  • Handle issues relating to orders and "Not In Good Order" (NIGO) instructions
  • Ensure all accuracy and compliance of all requests to be completed with good quality standards
  • Perform User Acceptance Test / Health-check for system and applications upgrades
  • Support ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

  • University graduate in business, finance, economics or a related discipline
  • Candidates who looking for stable career with strong commitment to the role would be welcomed
  • At least 2 years' experience in client services / call centre
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Chinese and Mandarin- both oral and written
  • Excellent service attitude with team spirts
  • PC literate in Word/Excel
  • Self-motivated with open minded attenuate and able to work independently
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Associate/Officer
