Client Services Officer/Specialist (Top Insurance firm)

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct and answer customer inbound / outbound service calls
- Make recommendations for service improvements
- Handle clients' investigations and complaints
- Handle issues relating to orders and "Not In Good Order" (NIGO) instructions
- Ensure all accuracy and compliance of all requests to be completed with good quality standards
- Perform User Acceptance Test / Health-check for system and applications upgrades

Requirements
- University graduate in business, finance, economics or a related discipline
