- Role: Specialist Network Engineer
- Job Type: Contract
- Location: Zurich
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: Until end of November 2024, with possibility of extension.

- Rate: Competitive depending on experience, availability and suitability for the requirement.
Requirements:
- Good experience with Checkpoint Firewall and Firewall Management.
- Very good knowledge of network zoning and modern network technologies (VxLan).
- Good understanding of service design and architecture.
- Good experience with Cisco hardware mandatory.
- Fluent English language skills, German is also preferred but not an absolute requirement.
- CCNA qualification is preferred.
- Availability to support the business at short-notice.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation, configuration and deployment of the defined network zone concept.
- Configuration and management of checkpoint firewall clusters and affected network devices.
- Analysis of the network, support of the application management in the localisation of the application connections and definition of the firewall rules.
- Implementation, commissioning and management of the firewall & rules.
- Implementation, commissioning and management of CISCO components.
