Position Overview: As a Product Manager, you will be a driving force in the development and enhancement of our innovative material handling equipment. This role requires a deep understanding of the software development life cycle, a passion for bringing new products to market, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. You will play a critical role in shaping the direction of our product portfolio, ensuring it aligns with market needs and reflects our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

  1. Product Strategy: Develop and drive the product strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and market trends.

  2. Software Development Life Cycle: Oversee the software development life cycle for material handling equipment, working closely with software developers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

  3. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape, and use this information to inform product decisions.

  4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, as well as external stakeholders such as customers and suppliers, to gather insights and feedback.

  5. Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, outlining feature releases, enhancements, and upgrades.

  6. User Experience: Advocate for an exceptional user experience, considering operator comfort, safety, and productivity in the design and functionality of our products.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

  2. Proven experience in product management, particularly in the development of software-intensive products.

  3. Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and the ability to work closely with technical teams.

  4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  5. Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
