Helpdesk Engineer - Windows/365/Imaging
My client is looking for an IT Helpdesk contractor to assist with Helpdesk support and builds of new desktops and laptops. The succesfull candidste will have a strong knowledge supporting products such as Windows OS, Offie 365, Citrix and Active Directory. There will be a number of desktop and laptop upgrades going on so experience in builds and imaging is essential.
Some of your key responsibilities will be:
- Provide technical support for all locations and users, ensuring that technical support issues are escalated to the proper technical resource for resolution.
- Analyze performance problems and recommend solutions to enhance functionality, reliability and or usability
- Utilize technical expertise, communication/collaboration skills and, leadership skills in a wide range of disciplines
- Other duties as assigned
- Ability and desire to learn new technologies and master those technologies rapidly
- Must be able to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to effectively communicate complex issues to employees with varying levels of education
- Experience installing and maintaining server class hardware
